Mobility Period: Since the related project will end as of 31.07.2023, the mobility must be planned to be completed before the specified date. Mobilities made after this date are not considered within the scope of the relevant project.

How to Apply?

All application, selection and placement work and procedures will be carried out through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal (erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr) structured by the Turkish National Agency. After the primary list is announced, all objections and requests regarding the selection and placement process must be submitted to the office personally.

    Since the related project will end as of 31.07.2023, the mobilities should be planned to be completed before the specified date. Mobilities made after this date are not considered within the scope of the relevant project.

    It should include a date range and it should be stated that you are going to the host institution to receive training within the scope of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training / to give lectures within the scope of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching.

  • Children of martyrs/veterans card copy (If any)
  • "Medical report for disability" from the hospitals authorized by Turkish Ministry of Health (If any)
  • Staff affected from the earthquake (See: Selecion Criteria) must upload the necessary documents,  family information document receiving from E-goverment portal (stating the relationship with the one who resides in the specified cities) and residence certiticate while making application. 

Placement List

Placement list will be announced on the website of ITU Erasmus and International Mobility Office in April, no prior information will be given by phone or e-mail. After the placement list is published, there is a 3-day appeal period. The staff wishing to waive their rights must waive the appeal process. In this process, the staff must apply to the Erasmus and International Mobility Office with a petition. After the objections are examined, the final list will be published in accordance with the application calendar.

Substitute List

The staff, who could not be placed, will be kept in a reserve list and in case of any cancellation or additional grant from the Turkish National Agency, the staff with the highest final score will be contacted.
