All application, selection, and placement processes will be conducted through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal, which is structured by the Turkey National Agency. To apply, you must log in via e-Government. Relevant documents must be uploaded to the Application Portal within the specified date range as indicated in the Selection Criteria. Applications or document uploads cannot be made after the specified date and time.

All applicants will be ranked according to the specified selection criteria and evaluated based on the preference rankings they create during the application process. The Preliminary Evaluation List will be announced via the Turkey National Agency Application Portal.

Please note that the Preliminary Evaluation List may be updated after the "Objection and Cancellation Process," so it should not be considered a final right until the Final Evaluation Announcement, and you should not contact the host institution at this stage.

After the Preliminary Evaluation List is announced, all objections and requests related to the selection and placement process must be submitted via a signed petition uploaded to the relevant section under "Document Upload" in the Turna Application Portal within the specified dates. No petitions will be accepted via hand delivery or email and no information will be provided via phone.
