The Erasmus+ KA131 Study Mobility Orientation Program for the 2026–2027 Academic Year, organized by the Istanbul Technical University Erasmus Office, was held with strong participation. As part of the program, students who were selected to participate in the mobility were brought together and provided with important information regarding the Erasmus process.

During the orientation program, the academic and administrative procedures that students are required to complete prior to their mobility were discussed in detail. These included grant procedures, visa processes, learning agreements, and important points to consider regarding academic life abroad. In addition, students were informed about situations they may encounter during the mobility period, and their questions were answered.

The importance of the academic, cultural, and personal development opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program was emphasized for students who will have the opportunity to study in different countries. Furthermore, the contributions that international experience can make to students’ career development were highlighted.

Throughout the program, students had the opportunity to meet both the Erasmus Office team and fellow mobility participants, and the orientation was conducted in a productive and enjoyable atmosphere.
