2021-2022 ERASMUS+ KA107
STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING (STM) APPLICATION PROCESS
Who can participate?
Permanent or contracted academic and administrative staff , working at ITU can apply. Since there is no contract between the personnel employed in ITU through service procurement, these people can not benefit from staff mobility.
Field of Activities
Staff training mobility is a field of activity that allows any staff employed at ITU to receive training in one of the partner countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for the person to receive various trainings in order to improve his/her skills related to his/her current job. Conference participation cannot be supported within this scope. Destination countries are listed in the quotas list down below. A higher education institution can be selected from these countries; however, it is not possible to go to an enterprise in the partner country to receive training.
Ülkeler | Staff Quota |
Albania | 2 |
Dominican Republic | 1 |
Activity Duration
The minimum number of days of activity is 5 days. Staff training is a full-time activity and grants are paid for full-time training. In the event that the beneficiary has been active for less than 5 days in the participation certificate, the activity is considered invalid and no grant payment is made to the beneficiary. Mobility should be completed until 31.07.2022.
Grant Support and Quotas
The grant is not intended to cover all the expenses related to the period spent abroad but is a contribution to the expenditures. Grant support is provided as individual support for daily expenditures plus travel support. Individual support is 180 Euro per day. The total amount will be calculated multiplying the number of mobility days with the daily grant amount and adding the travel contribution to this amount, according to the distance calculator.
Travel Support
Travel support is provided for the round-trip travel between the program and partner countries. The amount of travel support should be calculated with the “Distance Calculator”. The distance calculator is available at the link:
http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm
The distance between home and host institution should be calculated via distance calculator and then the table down below should be used to see how much grant is allocated for this distance

10-99 km | 20 € |
100-499 km | 180 € |
500-1999 km | 275 € |

3000-3999 km | 530 € |
4000-7999 km | 820 € |
