The list of Erasmus+ exchange students selected for the 2023 project year will be announced on the Turkish National Agency Application Portal and on our website. After the election results and the preliminary evaluation list are announced, you must upload all your objections and requests regarding the selection and placement process to the designated places on the application portal within the objection and cancellation process.

For the 2023 Project Year Internship Mobility application, 46 students at the top of the list in the score ranking will be supported with a grant within the scope of the 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000162406 project. Other accepted students will be entitled to benefit from this internship mobility without a grant.

Application Process
All application, selection and placement work and procedures will be carried out through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal structured by the Turkish National Agency  . The documents required for the application must be uploaded to the relevant section of the Application Portal. The application process must be completed within the date range specified above. It will not be possible to apply or upload documents to the system after the specified date and time.

IMPORTANT:

  1. E-mails sent to addresses other than our e-mail address (erasmus traineeship@itu.edu.tr) will not be replied.
  2. Please use only your e-mail addresses with itu.edu.tr extension for Erasmus+ program applications and future correspondenceTo do this, you must change your e-mail address to your e-mail address with itu.edu.tr extension from the Profile menu on the application portal before applying.
  3. You can make changes to your information and/or documents during the application period. If you are going to make these changes/updates after completing the application, you must complete the application again, otherwise your application will be deemed invalid as the status of your application will remain as "Update".
  4. Corrections/updates/changes etc. to be made by students on the application portal will be carried out during the application process and any corrections/updates/changes etc. requests made after the application deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  5. The choice you make in the preference information section has no connection with that institution or organization. Only students who upload their acceptance letter during the application period are required to fill in this field.
  6. For any problems you may encounter during the online application, you can contact our e-mail address along with the screenshot during the application process. The important thing is to indicate in the e-mail you send what the problem is and on what date and time the application was made.
  7. In case of misrepresentation,  no additional time will be given for correction.  The application will be considered incomplete and will not be evaluated.
  8. The student declares that all the information declared is correct and accepts the consequences if any of the information provided is found to be incorrect.
  9. For the required information and documents, be sure to review the Selection Criteria before proceeding with the application process.
  10. Students with double major should mark the question: "Are you studying as a double major student?" and upload the transcript obtained from ITU Registrar's Office.
  11. Objections and cancellations made after the deadline will not be processed.
  12. The Preliminary Evaluation list may be updated after the "Objection and Cancellation Process".


Documents Required to be Uploaded to the Turkish National Agency Application Portal

The Application Portal can be accessed at https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ . To apply, you must log in to e-government. Students who will submit documents according to the Evaulation Criteria must upload the relevant documents to the portal. 

  1. Current Transcript (mandatory)
  2. English Language Level Certificate (mandatory)
  3. Acceptance Letter (if any) - (traineeship end date must be July 31, 2024 at the latest)
  4. Photocopy of Martyr/Veteran Family card (if available)
  5. Disabled Health Board Report (if any)
  6. Protection, care or shelter order document (if available)
  7. Document showing that disaster victim assistance has been received from AFAD (if any)

 Make sure to upload these documents to the system before completing the online application form and finalizing your application.
