Since the relevant project will end as of 31.07.2024, mobilities have to be planned to be completed before the specified date. Mobilities made after this date are not evaluated within the scope of the relevant project.

All application, selection and placement work and procedures will be carried out through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal structured by the Turkish National Agency. To apply, you must log in to e-government gateway. According to the information in the Selection Criteria, the relevant documents must be uploaded to the Application Portal within the above-mentioned date range. It will not be possible to apply or upload any documents to the system after the specified date and time.

The Preliminary Evaluation List will be announced via the Turkish National Agency Application Portal. If you have an objection regarding the Preliminary Evaluation List, you must upload the petition signed by you to the "Other" section in the "Document Upload" area of the Turna Portal, and for "Cancellation" transactions to the "Waiver Petition" section between 8 and 10 May 2024 until 14:00. No petitions will be accepted by hand or via e-mail.

The Final Evaluation List will be announced following the Objection and Cancellation Process.
