Important Notice

• The information provided in the calendar above refers to the planned main application calls for Erasmus+ mobility activities.

• Our Office reserves the right to open additional application calls for the relevant mobility activities during the year, depending on budget availability and other operational conditions.

• Application calls for Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) offered by partner institutions, for which İTÜ acts as the sending institution, KA171 Traineeship Mobility, and KA131 Short-Term Blended Mobility may be announced on different dates during the year, depending on project rules and budget availability. Since such calls are planned based on budget availability, they are not opened on a regular basis.

• The planning of mobility application calls may vary in the event of changes in the academic calendar and/or project conditions.

Points to Consider Before Applying

• You are advised to carefully review the “Application Requirements” and “Selection Criteria” published on our website for the mobility activity you plan to apply for, and to complete the necessary preparations, including the required documents and other application-related preparations, before the application dates.

• In different years, partial changes may be made to the application requirements and selection criteria in accordance with the rules of the National Agency and/or İTÜ Senate

& implementation principles. Therefore, you must also carefully read the information provided in the “Call for Application” text and submit your application in accordance with these criteria.

Reminder Regarding Language Certificates

• For applications requiring a language certificate, your certificate must be valid as of the application date. Expired language certificates will not be accepted. If a language certificate is required for the mobility activity you plan to apply for, you must ensure that your certificate is among the accepted exams and is valid on the application deadline stated in the mobility announcement. If your certificate is due to expire, you must take an exam whose results will be announced before the application deadline and which will be considered valid. For each announcement, the application deadline falls approximately six weeks after the date of the relevant application call.
