KA131 Staff Mobility (Program Countries)

Documents Required to Upload to the Application Portal:

1. Foreign Language Certificate (Mandatory - Minimum B1 Level)
For valid foreign language certificates click here.

2. Acceptance Letter (Mandatory): Applications who do not submit an acceptance letter will not be evaluated.
Since the relevant project is set to conclude on 31.07.2025, All mobility activities must be planned and completed before this date. The mobility plans scheduled after this date will not be considered for evaluation and will be regarded as invalid.
The acceptance letter should include the following details:

A date range for the mobility period
-Mobility Type: Er
asmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching or 
Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training

3. Photocopy of the Martyr/Veteran Family card (If available)

4. Disabled Health Board Report (If available)

Note: Staff members who wish to participate without receiving a grant must select "Yes" to the question "I will carry out this mobility even if I am entitled to go without a grant" on the Turna Portal.
