Academic or administrative staff, who officially registered in a different institution but working in another higher education institution on a contractual basis, apply for the mobility in the institution where they actually work, not where they have a registration.

Since there is no contract between the staff employed in ITU through service procurement and ITU, these people cannot participate in the staff mobility.
