All application, selection and placement work and procedures will be carried out through the Turkish National Agency Application Portal structured by the Turkish National Agency.To apply, you must log in to e-government gateway.The documents required for the application must be uploaded to the relevant section of the Application Portal. The application process must be completed within the date range specified above. It will not be possible to apply or upload documents to the system after the specified date and time.

RULES TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION DURING APPLICATION PROCESS

Please use only your e-mail addresses with itu.edu.tr extension for Erasmus+ program applications and future correspondence . Otherwise, your application/mobility will be canceled and any grant paid to you will be refunded.
Corrections/updates/changes etc. to be made by students on the application portal. The procedures will be carried out during the application process and any corrections/updates/changes etc. made after the application deadline . Requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
For any problems you may encounter during the online application , you can apply to our office with a screenshot during the application process. The important thing is to show what the problem is and on what date and time the application was made.
If the documents and information required to be declared are missing or incorrect, no additional time will be given for correction. The application will be considered incomplete and will not be evaluated .
The student declares that all the information declared is correct and accepts the consequences if any of the information provided is found to be incorrect. All responsibility for any problems that may arise from their mistakes belongs to them.

For the required information and documents, be sure to review the Selection Criteria before proceeding with the application process .
Your GPA will be reflected in the Application Portal, and your GPA calculated as specified in the Selection Criteria will be taken into consideration during the evaluation phase after the application process is completed.
Objections and cancellations made after the deadline will not be processed.
The Preliminary Evaluation list may be updated after the "Objection and Cancellation Process".

Since it is not possible for candidates to make changes in their preference rankings outside the application calendar, it is important for all candidates to form their preferences starting from the institution they would like to be placed in the most.

The list of Erasmus+ exchange students selected for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be announced on the Turkish National Agency Application Portal. After the pre-evaluation list is announced, all objections and requests regarding the selection and placement process must be uploaded into the application portal. As the Fİnal Evaluation List maybe changed after objection and cancellation process, please do not be in contact with the receiving institutions until the announcement of Final Evaluaton List.

Applications submitted by hand or other means other than the Turkish National Agency Application Portal will not be accepted.

After objection and cancellation process, Final Evaluation List will be announced.

"ITU - TRNC Education - Research Campuses Establishment, Duties, Operation and Supervision Law is an autonomous institution independent of ITU, established on March 16, 2009."

In accordance with this definition, Erasmus+ KA131 Study Mobility applications of ITU-TRNC students will not be evaluated.
