Grant Distribution Criteria

Students are provided with grants to assist with additional expenses incurred while they are abroad during their activity period. These grants are not intended to cover all of the students' activity-related expenses but are rather provided as a contribution.

The activity periods and grants for students are estimated before the activity begins. After the activity ends, the actual durations and grants should be re-determined. In the planning phase before the start of the activity, the estimated activity duration is determined based on available information and documents such as the academic calendar of the host institution, the durations specified in students' acceptance letters, and experiences from previous activities at the respective institution. The exact activity duration is calculated based on the activity start and end dates indicated on the participation certificate.

In KA171 activity, students' activity periods are either fully funded or conducted entirely without funding as "zero-grant" students. Partial funding for students' activity periods is not possible.

  7. E Students receiving disability or needy allowance under the Law No. 2022 Regarding the Granting of Monthly Allowances to Needy, Weak, and Orphaned Turkish Citizens Aged Over 65, as well as Disabled and Needy Turkish Citizens.
