Documents Required to be Uploaded to the Application Portal:
1. Confirmation of Stay Document (Departure): Please complete the second part of the document and upload it to the Application Portal.
2. Passport entry and exit page or 'Domestic Entry and Exit Document' from e-government
3. EU Survey:
The mobility of our participant staff who upload the two documents listed above is reported. Subsequently, the steps that the participant staff must follow are listed below:
1. An e-mail titled "EU Survey" will be received to your e-mail address.
2. The EU Survey must be filled out via the link in the e-mail.
3. After the PDF of the completed survey is uploaded to the Application Portal, please inform our office via e-mail.
Note: Staff Mobility can be achieved by combining teaching activities with training activities. It is reported as Teaching activity.
To be able to receive the remaining 30% of your total grant, you must upload the three documents stated above to the Application Portal.
