KA131 Öğrenim Hareketliliği (Program Ülkeleri)

BEFORE MOBILITY

First of all, the nomination procedures of our candidate students are carried out by the ITU International Relations Coordinatorship – Study and Traineeship Mobility Office, first in the Fall Semester and Fall-Spring Semesters, and then in the Spring Semester.

After the nomination process, the host institution requests documents and information from the students until a certain date range.

Documents Required to be Uploaded to the Application Portal:

Continue your process by reviewing the Information Package in detail.

1. Letter of Acceptance

2. Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

Since some universities cannot integrate with Dashboard or similar software yet, relevant documents will not appear in their systems. In this case, what needs to be done is to complete the signatures by continuing until the signature of the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator is obtained, and when the signature is received, the PDF document is taken and sent to the host institution via e-mail.
