AFTER MOBILITY

All documents listed below must be uploaded within 30 days following the end of the mobility.

Documents Required to be Uploaded to the Application Portal:

The documents in Articles 1 and 2 must be sent directly by the receiving institution to the e-mail address erasmus_outgoing@itu.edu.tr  and the student's e-mail must be added in the information (cc) section. Any documents sent directly to the student's e-mail address are not accepted.

1. Confirmation of Stay (Return)

2. Transcript (Received from the host institution)
In order to receive the remaining grant, the student must achieve
One Semester --> Minimum 21 ECTS
Two Semesters --> Minimum 42 ECTS at the host institution.

3. Online Language Support (OLS) Result Certificate

4. Passport entry and exit page or 'Entry and Exit Document' from e-government

5. EU Survey
The mobility of our students who upload the first four documents listed above is reported. Subsequently, the steps that the student must follow are listed below:
1. An e-mail titled "EU Survey" will be received to your ITU e-mail address.
2. The EU Survey must be filled out via the link in the e-mail.
3. After the PDF of the completed survey is uploaded to the Application Portal, please inform your specialist via e-mail.

IMPORTANT:
All our students who complete their mobility successfully or unsuccessfully are required to follow the steps below!

In order to transfer the courses taken during the mobility period, the transcript document belonging to the host institution is delivered/processed in 2 ways:
1. Original wet signed document delivery
    a. Appointment from your specialist
    b. Notification to Student Affairs Office by the specialist after the control process
2. Sending an e-mail to the office by the host institution
    a. Notification to Student Affairs Office by the specialist after the control process
