Selected Erasmus+ exchange students list for 2024 Project Year will be announce from Turkiye National Agency Application Portal and on our website. After the selection results and the preliminary evaluation list have been announced, you must upload all your objections and requests related to the selection and placement process to the places determined on the application portal during the objection and cancellation process.
For the Traineeship Mobility application for the 2024 Project Year, the student at the top ?? of the list in the ranking of points for this application will be supported by a grant within the scope of the 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000236540 project. Other accepted students will be eligible to benefit from this internship mobility without grants.
Application Process
All application, selection and placement works and procedures will be carried out through the Turkiye National Agency Application Portal configured by the Turkiye National Agency. The documents required for the application must be uploaded to the relevant section of the Application Portal. The application process must be completed within the deadline specified above. Application or document upload to the system will not be possible after the specified date and time.
Important:
1. For this application, your traineeship mobility must be completed by the beginning of the academic calendar of the fall semester 2025-2026 at the latest.
2. The emails sent to emails addresses other than Our email address (erasmus_traineeship@itu.edu.tr) will not be answered.
3. For applications of the Erasmus+ program, only use your "itu.edu.tr" extended email addresses. For this purpose, you must change it with your extended email address(itu.edu.tr) from the Profile menu on the application portal before applying.
4. You may make changes to your information and/or documents during the application period. If you are going to make these changes/updates after completing the application, you must complete the application again, otherwise, your application will be considered invalid as the status of your application will remain as an "Update".
5. Correction/update/change etc. that students will make on the application portal, changes; will be made during the application process and correction/update/change etc. coming after the application deadline, their requests will not be accepted in any way.
6. The preference you will make in the preference information section does not have any connection with that institution or organization. It is mandatory to fill out this field only for students who upload their acceptance letter during the application period.
7. For any problems that may occur during the online application, you can contact our e-mail address during the application process, along with a screenshot. The important thing is to show by e-mail what the problem is and what date and time the application has been submitted.
8. In case of missing or incorrect information in the documents and information that must be declared, no additional time will be given for correction.The application will be deemed incompleted and will not be taken into consideration.
9. The student informs that all the declared information is correct and accepts the consequences that will arise from this if any of the information provided is found to be incorrect.
10. Please check the Selection Criteria before proceeding to the application process for the necessary information and documents.
11. Double major students should upload the transcript document they will receive from the ITU Student Affairs Department.
12. Objections and cancellations made after the expiration date will not be processed.
13. The Preliminary Evaluation list can be updated after the ”Objection and Cancellation Process".
