The Amounts of Travel Grants to be Applied in Student Mobility
In order to contribute to the student's travel expenses, the km value between the starting point of mobility and the place where the activity takes place should be determined using the distance calculator provided by the European Commission, and the travel grant should be calculated using the table below. The mileage displayed in the distance band calculator is the round-trip figure equivalent to the grant in the table below, and the amount in question is not multiplied by two.

**As a general rule, at distances below 500 km, participants are required to travel by low-emission means of transport.
Green Travel: Opportunities such as green travel are encouraged to reduce the carbon emissions of students performing mobility and to address the environmental footprint of mobility. Green travel is defined as travel in which low-emission means of transport such as buses, trains or car sharing are used for the main part of the trip.
Additional Grant Support
Non-grant students cannot receive additional grant support, additional support is only for students with grants.
The Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of participants with limited opportunities in the program. A person with limited opportunities is a potential participant whose personal physical condition, mental state or health condition does not allow him to participate in the project/mobility activity unless there is additional financial support Oct.
The application forms must explain why Inclusion Support is needed, include evidentiary documents (for example, if Inclusion support is related to disability, a doctor's report containing information about disability and its level (not older than 3 months) or a photocopy of a disability card, a doctor's report for chronic diseases).In addition, documents containing the information that the higher education institution to be visited is aware that the student it will host is a participant who needs Inclusion Support and the commitment that he has the appropriate equipment are attached to the form. The additional grant amounts requested and why they are needed should be shown in detail as requested on the form. The requested grant should be directly related to the purpose of enabling the participant with Inclusion Support to participate in the activity.
For participants with Inclusion Support, the final additional grant will be awarded based on the realization amount of the expenditure made. Invoices for the use of the additional grant granted at the end of the activity must be provided and stored in the participant file for submission in possible controls Jul. Expenses that are not based on the document and expenses above the beneficiary grant with Inclusion Support provided by the contract are not considered appropriate, even if they have been made.
In order for the grant to be granted, a participant with limited opportunities is defined as an individual who has limited economic and social opportunities and fits into the following subcategories.
1. Those who are subject to law No. 2828 (those who have protection, care or housing decisions made by the Ministry of Family and Social Services By-Law No. 2828 on their rights)
2. Students whose rights have been decided for protection, care or housing within the scope of the Child Protection Law No. 5395
3. Those who are connected to the orphan/death pension
4. The martyr/veteran's wife and children and the veterans themselves18
5. For those who are connected to a need pension for themselves or their family (the student, his parents or guardian from Municipalities, public institutions and organizations (Ministries, Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations, General Directorate of Foundations, Red Crescent, AFAD), it is sufficient to present a document proving that he received financial support at the time of applying for Erasmus.)

Grant Distribution:
- At the top of the list in the ranking of points for this application within the scope of the 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000236540 project for the Traineeship Mobility application for the 2024 Project Year ?? the student will be supported by a grant.
- A maximum of 90 days of your traineeship are granted within the scope of Erasmus.
- In case of cancellations from the awarded students, the grant process will be carried out starting with the non-awarded traineeship student with the highest score.
-Students who receive disaster relief assistance from AFAD are given additional grant support (disadvantage grant) if they are selected as a grant for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility.

IMPORTANT: The activity can be carried out completely without a grant as “zero grant”. Students within this scope should upload all their documents to the system before traineeship mobility like other grant students and make sure to sign the grant agreement by stopping by the office before leaving.
